It is very easy to communicate with Ignacio as he is straightforward about his thoughts and he gets to the point without wasting people's time. We were on the same page on most decisions. When our opinions differed, it was easy to resolve as we both are analytical and rational. He was involved throughout the process from house painting to staging to photography. He happens to have good taste and is a perfectionist when it comes to staging. Looking back, I appreciate many suggestions Ignacio made on our house, although I was reluctant at the beginning since I have a busy job. Once these things got done, I am really glad I took his suggestions. Although I was not convinced initially of the importance of good staging, I do believe now it made a difference to make our house attractive on the market, as evidenced by the fact that our house got an offer with a full price after 18 days on the market. In summary, Ignacio is a competent listing agent because he has the knowledge and judgment on luxury houses (important for setting reasonable prices) and he has the marketing skill to sell luxury houses.

Somebody recommended Ignacio to me. In the beginning, I did not quite trust him, as he looked too young to have a lot of experiences. But after several times contact my point of view changed. He showed me every candidate house and analyzed each one’s advantages and disadvantages in detail. He gave me much pertinent advice. At last, I decided to buy my current house. Ignacio is a very good negotiator. He tries his best to help make a reasonable price that can satisfy both seller and buyer. In order to achieve this purpose, he even would rather sacrifice his own interests. This point touched me the most. In the process of my house price negation, the seller stuck on a little higher price and I wanted very much a little lower price. How to dissolve this thorny problem? A suggestion was made that was to cut the Realtors®' commission. All of us thought this was ridiculous. But Ignacio accepted it. When I heard of this I almost could not believe my ear.
